Developing and promoting a European Quantum Competence Framework that can be harmonized internationally. -

Organizing awareness, training, and exchange initiatives to build a “quantum-ready workforce” capable of meeting industrial and research demands.
The overarching goal is to position Europe as a global leader in quantum talent development,
ensuring the skills base required for international competitiveness and cooperation.
